The aim is to implement innovative new digital printing technology to Display Color Filter manufacturing process where a new machine can cut production costs, increase speed, improve quality, obtain competitive advantage and enhance sales. The machine is perfect to be used with the product line where black matrix is fabricated using photolithography techniques; Ultra Precision Jet Pro is the perfect option to filling an existing black matrix with inkjet high precision technology utilizing high accuracy and precise positioning.


Scope

The Machine is designed for high precision printing accuracy in the μm-range. The modular design makes it possible to fit into any space. The granite stone frame minimizes the vibration damping and improves positioning accuracy. Up to 10 industrial print heads allow jetting a wide range of fluids and make lab to factory transfer quicker. The printer is equipped with syringe ink system, a heated vacuum platen and a PC-based control station with a file preparation software. Additional features are supported.
